Tyra Broman

I work with indirect taxes and specialize in VAT within the banking- and financial sector.

My work experience includes assisting clients from different industries with various VAT queries, communication with the Swedish Tax Agency, tax litigation, advice related to M&A transactions and restructurings etc. To a large extent, my work experience has been dedicated to clients in the financial sector and assistance with questions concerning VAT recovery, allocation keys, VAT grouping and the applicability of the VAT exemption for financial services.

I enjoy speaking at events and have a lot of experience with holding seminars and trainings.
