I work with indirect taxes and specialize in VAT and tax litigations.

I have over 20 years of experience working with and representing companies in a number of different industries and in matters relating to, for example, cross-border transactions including import and export, pricing of services between related companies, holding structures, VAT-exempt goods and services, right to deduct input VAT, allocation of costs, real estate and construction, M&A including due diligence, to name a few.

I am also a regular lecturer and hold trainings and seminars in both larger and smaller contexts.
