Erik Frösdal

I advise in Swedish and international taxation matters for corporations and individuals. I have extensive experience of structuring work, corporate transactions and tax calculations/income tax returns. I have been engaged as a project manager in extensive international expansions for Swedish groups and have assisted Swedish and foreign clients against the Swedish Tax Agency and in courts. Previously, I have been the leader of a Swedish corporate tax group and also been the Swedish national reporter at one of IFA’s annual congresses.
