I primarily work with foundations and non-profit organizations and specialize in this field. My advisory services cover both civil law and tax law, and I have many years of experience with the specific regulations governing the non-profit sector.
In addition, I have experience with income tax matters from a broader perspective, including tax litigation and advance rulings, as well as work on tax policy issues, particularly in the area of legal certainty.
