I work with income tax issues that arise in a Swedish and international environment for large and medium-sized companies and groups.
I have been leading an international tax group and have worked with tax issues including international establishments, transactions and ongoing tax issues. I have worked in Shanghai where I mainly assisted Swedish companies with their Chinese tax issues. I also work with Swedish income tax and the issues that arise in the business as well as structural and financing issues in connection with transactions.
